Copy is the media term for the text that you put on a website, article, blog, or other paper based and electronic social media you use. Sometimes writing what you’ve got in your head is as difficult as creating a website and you may need help with it. It can be hard to determine if you have too much or too little on your webpage, and something too complicated can leave visitors bewildered.
Make sure that when writing an article that it’s short, sweet and simple, it’s up to you whether you want it to be technical or just a comfortable read. Beware of over writing, it can deter a visitor from your website and give you a bad reputation, nobody wants to be reading a four page article about something as simple as a product or service. Remember to engage your audience, make THEM want to read it, not what you think you YOURSELF would read and understand.
